Recipe: Just add butter & water to make 8 cookies
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Grease/Line tray with baking paper
- Empty the contents of the tub into the mixing bowl and add the melted butter and water
- Mix together with a spoon and then mould by hand to a soft dough
- Shape into a 16cm log, wrap in baking paper and chill for 30 minutes
- Cut into 2cm discs and place spaced apart on the baking tray
- Bake for 14 mins until light golden brown
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes
