Function: Irish cream liqueur preparation for the flavouring of baked goods (fine pastry, desserts, ice cream, icing etc).
It is a flavour paste with natural flavour and no artificial colours. This product is bake-stable and is suitable for freezing.
Appearance: Light Brown viscous liquid with an odour typical of Irish Cream Liqueur
Taste: Creamy sweet, alcoholic, slight coffee taste
Dosage: 30-50g per 1kg of mix
